General Music Every Elementary student gets two 30-minute classes per week. All students get experience learning about and writing notes; clapping, playing and writing rhythm; playing and singing melody; learning about and playing some instruments; singing and playing harmony and singing fun songs.

 

Each grade has the opportunity to perform in a concert/music program.

We are so proud of all of our Elementary students and the fine job they each did on their programs! A BIG thank you to the following:

• our Gym teachers, Mr. Hahn and Mr. Budden, for allowing us to use the Activity Room and Gym
• the teachers for helping with lines, practices and communication with parents
• the custodians for hauling the risers and cleaning the gym
• the parents for creating some pretty awesome looking costumes and for coming to the show!
  The kids were so excited to perform for you and had really put in a lot of hard work to get those performances ready. We are already looking forward to next year!
